“We applied online foe a savings account for our new grand-daughter, the service we received was excellent, we subsequently received a personal telephone call from a member of staff who was also excellent and attentive. Our application was processed without delay or issue. We were very pleased to have chosen Sheffield Mutual.”

“I’ve been with them for a long time prior to the lock down used to call at the office staff very friendly and helpful during lock down very thing was done by email and again the staff very helpful and friendly I would definitely recommend Sheffield Mutual Society”

“Having faced a large loss when Fidelity suffered the same major n loss as many other similar operators we turned to our well known advisor for advice. We have been trusting Kerry for many years so it was really a no-brainer to choose Sheffield for our an ISA. What was really interesting is how quickly and professionally that both Sheffield Mutual and Kerry swifltly made it all happen .”

“I have always received excellent customer service. I emailed to set up an account for my new Grandson, Curtis replied he was prompt, very efficient, polite and professional. He explained everything to me and advised how he would set the account up at this very difficult time (coronavirus). I am often put off making these types of calls because I sometimes feel barriers are put in the way with some companies, but not with Sheffield Mutual.”

“My family have several investments with Sheffield Mutual and have reaped the rewards of better returns than banks! The customer service is very good and nothing is too much trouble. There is also a non contributionary members benefit scheme!”

“Don’t think it’s very fair to members introducing a market value reduction on I.s.a accounts without letting them know first and request to be notified when it is removed so I can start re investing again”
