“The modular shed design came warped and was incredibly hard to fit together. The roof felt was as thin as paper and ripped so easily that we've had to buy new felt that won't blow away in the next storm.”

“Delivery was excellent. Shed was in good condition and undamaged. The instruction booklet was very poor, tiny print & not informative enough. It would have been better to print bigger on A4 sheets & more detailed on each stage. The different sized screws etc were all mixed up in one bag & the Clout nails were 10 short. The floor was poor quality...thin hardboard which meant a wobble underfoot, & it being in 2 pieces when such a small shed (8x6) a single board would've made more sense. The roof was a similar problem - being 2 panels on each side! Seemed unnecessary given the small size of the shed. One panel each side would have been far more logical & a lot less work (& swearing!) Several knot-holes dropped out (had to glue them back). The door was an inch too tall for the door hole. Apart from that.....a decent little shed (as long as you are not 6ft tall !”

“We are yet to finish building the shed and it seems fine but the delivery was terrible. We live on a new build site which still requires site access and for some reason the driver took it upon himself to offload the crate in the middle of the road and just leave it there. There was access right to the front of our property. My husband then had to move each individual bit on his own to clear the road as quickly as I could. Really very poor, unprofessional and caused a safety risk. I have taken pictures”

“In my experience it’s a 6 out of 10 Timber cuts are rough, it wouldn’t take much effort to provide a product that didn’t have splinted wood. 4 of every panel had tree knots, the instructions were written by the designer not by anyone that actually built one. As a competent diy’er lim not happy with the finished article. Next time I’ll build my own. The kit assembly team need to back off the screw torq and stop using bent screws, you guys are losing business due to basic errors”

“Easy to order. Delivery was fine and arrived on the date stated. We are restricted on size and door opening, so only one option. Not impressed with the quality of the wood or the manner in which the panels are put together. Some of the slats are split and if we were building from scratch would have been rejected. However we have given all parts 3 coats of wood paint which hopefully will protect the finished shed. Will it last as long as the original shed (some 30 years)? Doubtful.”

“I was looking forward to my new shed arriving after reluctantly saying goodbye to my old trusty shed, which sadly i felt needed a little too much repair work and I couldn't justify the expense. New shed day arrived and couldn't be more happy with the delivery driver Muhammad. Happy to accommodate with where I wanted shed materials placed. He was also helpful in terms of informing me how best to stand panels on floor so as not to damage overlap board. This was a Thursday. Saturday came, first opportunity for my wife and I to erect new shed onto our concrete base...... Instructions had plenty of illustrations but lacked enough written explanation to be 100 percent clear at times. Base down, sides erected pretty quickly (liked the modular panels design). Roofing metalwork bracketry imo, was of low quality material and form. Roof truss section once added to shed, ultimately seemed to sit too low. Or bracket fitting of cross beams to left and right sides too high. This was evident once roof board and felt were fitted, leaving a dip in centre of roof apex and felt creasing, similar to my ancient shed I'd just scrapped. Window frame apertures were not same size, although luckily glazing was forgiving and hid this fact. Doors don't fit right(alightment way out). I understand having erected sheds previously that this can often be an area requiring some adjustment/finesse but these are particularly bad. So, after two days on and off over a dry, warm weekend, our new shed is up....still needs me to come up with something to sort doors but is up. Wood is a living thing I get it, not knowing how it's gonna look until sawing each piece. I don't think I've seen SO MANY knotts per square metre before. This became more noticeable once shed roof on and sunlight shone through loads of small cracks in these knotts. The further we got into the build the less excited and more anxious/concerned I was about our purchase. Feelings of regret. Unfortunate. Upset and a little angry. Our experience my well be a one off. Were we just unlucky? Marks for modular design aspect, ease of purchase, delivery experience. No marks for quality of materials.”

“The ordering process was good and initial communication went well. I was happy with the delivery time but then when the shed was delivered I was advised there was no felt for the roof. The delivery men told me they would report it to get it ordered. I had to chase it up twice and over a week later it still hasn’t arrived but should be delivered today. Very disappointing firstly that the shed was dispatched with no roof, I had to chase it up and then how long it took to be delivered. I haven’t been able to build the shed yet so can’t comment on that but poor customer service.”

“A big problem when fitting the door hinges was where the doors/batons are nailed together, thesr also align with the hinge screws fittings so cant use all hinge fittings. There is a very big gap on the side panels due to warping that isnt noted until assembly and by this time, I had painted shed wood preserve on the shed. By adding some additional wood trims, the doors now do not allow water ingress. Overall the shed wood quality is not as advertised and not the best value in hindsight”

“The glasshouse is great quality. The customer service is horrendous. Numerous emails about missing parts . No response. Rang numerous times. Once told it would be passed to a manager who would get in touch with me. Nothing. Rang again the next day to be told the parts would be with me next week. No parts arrived, no phone call from manager. Rang again THREE WEEKS after glasshouse was delivered and THREE WEEKS after I first raised the issue I get told the parts are out of stock and would be back in on 18th. Parts actually arrived on 16th the day after my last call to them. If they had told me that on my first email or phone call I would have been satisfied. But expected time frame after expected time frame, no response and a rather blunt customer service person I will think deeply about ordering from these again and I have had a few purchases from them.”

“Good communication by email, txt and phone by delivery drivers, although very disappointed with quality of product. Timbers were warped which made assembly difficult. Nails protruding everywhere! Ended up spending a whole day putting together and needed two people. Definitely would not recommend.”

“Shed was delivered in 2 days which was great, but no communication about delivery, I had to send an email to ask when it was going to be delivered as I didn’t want to wait in if it wasn’t being delivered on second day. (I haven’t unpacked shed as yet so can’t comment on it)”
