“I would love to write a review on the shed I bought from you guys however the thing is still to turn up. The courier company you use are next to useless, wait days for a delivery date then get an e-mail Friday lunch time to say it's been dispatched, so I wait home all afternoon and nothing turns up. No correspondence to say what's happening and when will I get my delivery. Will be happy to give a review if the shed ever turns up.”

“Easy to navigate site, my order was hassle free and quick. My product was easy to find, with all the necessary addons / extras categorised if I wanted any. Checkout was painless and I do appreciate the fact I can choose a delivery date convenient for me. Only negative I’d have to give is the website was quite slow loading pages but nothing deal breaking.”

“The web site is basic. I was able to place my order. However, since placing my order I have not heard from sheds.co.uk regarding a delivery date. I have heard from the third party installers, but not sheds.co.uk which is disappointing as I would like to arrange an installation date, but I can’t until I receive a delivery date.”

“Found a potting shed on Shed & Co website at a very reasonable price, visited to check quality and was greeted by a lovely guy James, he showed us around and left us alone to check products. Very good quality sheds so we decided to place an order. A lovely young lady, Kayla, took our order and now we're looking forward to receiving in 4 weeks. I'll complete a further review when we've received shed and our delivery goes. If delivery is as good as the service we received yesterday we will be very happy.”

“I ordered a two-seat bistro set on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday. Unfortunately when it was completely unpacked Idiscovered that one of the chair legs was bent making the whole chair list to one side. I contacted customer service and they replied immediately suggesting actions that were sadly unsuccessful. On Wednesday they informed me that a replacement chair would be sent. It arrived on Thursday. I am delighted with the furniture and the customer service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this firm .”

“Ordered a garden arch. Purchase confirmed and delivery scheduled. On the day before proposed delivery received a call from the manufacturer to say they would not be delivering the item as they had discontinued it. No offer of a replacement... plenty of insincere apologies but no resolution. Rang Sheds.co. uk who knew nothing about it and at the point of calling they were still offering the item for sale! Eventually had to accept a refund (despite finding the exact same item on three other websites but at a higher price !) and delay the job for a further 10 days. Internet shopping at it’s worst. Buyers beware there’s no support or service from either the website or their supplier so look elsewhere.”
