“So - we haven't got the shed yet - but this is a review of the sheds.co.uk website specifically. Firstly - the prices are very good during the summer - with the exact design we wanted showing a 40% discount so we went ahead and bought one. There was some information missing so I attempted to phone the company - was put on hold as they said they were very busy due to covid! I think they don't monitor the phones much - so little point in trying to phone them. Instead, I sent a message and was pleased to get a reply within 15 mins - so obviously the mailbox is monitored. Now it gets weird... I bought and paid for the shed from https://www.sheds.co.uk. I got an email receipt pretty much straight away My credit card shows that I bought it from 'Sixty Stores Ltd' - OK there are trading names behind many websites. However - I then got an email from a company called 'Shire GB' thanking me for my order! They think that I've ordered my shed from 'Styles Creative Ltd'. Shire GB are also experiencing staffing problems due to covid - realising that they don't need enough staff. I was asked to select a delivery date - which I did - and noted that the company actually delivering the shed is called 'Book a Building'! I'm a bit lost here - are all these companies one and the same - or some retailers and middle men. Who are Styles Creative? The shed is being delivered next month - so we'll see who delivers it.”

“I have been looking for a specific size of shed, and found Sheds U.K. on the internet. I quickly found the Metal shed which best suited my needs, on their website. The only thing that was missing from the description was the door opening size. So I sent an email, this was Sunday, but on Monday morning I received an email from Max, giving the details required. I ordered in the afternoon and am at the moment awaiting an email with the delivery date. I am very impressed both with Sheds U.K. , and Max, he is very polite and very helpful. Top marks for him, I will definitely recommend Sheds U.K. and Max.”

“Have just received delivery of 4 x 3m shed/lodge. We haven’t put it up yet, but it looks good quality and the delivery driver (Mark) was fantastic - very pleasant and called me several times to let me know estimated time of arrival (and did arrive on time!) When he arrived he was also very helpful.”

“Shed delivered by a very nice guy, helped to move the panels to the back yard and was very pleasant to chat with. The quality of the shed itself is of very high quality compared to my old shed.”

“Bought an 8x5 Penn roof shed. Things that need to be changed and would be a simple fix. 1. Your diagram of how to put the shed up is naff, and takes little consideration of the milti sectional walls. 2. The base is not wide enough. The front and rear sections dangle in air with no support. I really dont get that! I built a frame for the shed base to sit on, so I'll be attaching extra lengths of wood to the floor joists and the base. 3. Some of the smaller shaped lengths are snapped. 4. The two ship lap sides when screwed together do not match. The horizontal lines are way off. Again this is shoddy and looks naff. 5. The diagram shows the ship lap edges running continuously from the sides to the front/rear. This is not the case. You get a plane vertical length of wood. A real shame that these things are overlooked, if trying to offer a good product and service. Recommendation. Tent errecting video clips are available on line. Who not produce a clip and include the e-mail link and QR code with the delivery note.”

“Super fast delivery. The pallet arrived on the second day after ordering. One other comment: oddly the pallet was apparently signed for by me despite the fact I wasn't even home at the time. This is not a real issue considering the pallet and contents were intact but if there had been a problem with the product I assume I might have had a problem with claiming so.”
