“Very quick to respond to order, entire process moved very quickly from order to delivery date”

“The quality seems good and I suspect this shed will last for a long time. The instructions and parts don't quite match each other though. I had to purchase an extra box of 70mm screws and have tonnes of 35mm left over. I also only had enough roof felt to do 2 runs with a much smaller overlap than suggested. The instructions said I needed to do 3. All in all, this seems like decent value though.”

“Very good quality construction. Delivered well protected on a pallet. The online instructions were easy to follow for myself, although I am an Engineer. Only small gripe was that there were no 100mm screws included that were needed to secure the roof panels but I had some anyway so not a problem. I would definitely recommend the product if you're looking a quality shed at a very reasonable price.”

“Good selection of structures, easy to navigate site with clear purchasing options for very reasonable prices. Delivery to Scotland for metal shed wasn't available online for chosing a delivery date, but Im assured the courier will contact me directly to arrange. Looking forward to a pain free delivery”

“Good wrb site and customer service so far. Summerhouse and shed to be delivered nect tues. Not inpressed that they do not build it all and only deliver to the front door £72 for a 5 litre tin of paint. They are tskibg the pee”

“Excellent service, very professional. Unfortunately I had to send the shed back as it didnt meet with my requirements but the returns process seems to be very simple and so far everything is going well. Overall very impressed, highly recommend.”

“Very pleased with the quality of the shed. I order the shed on Wednesday and it arrived Monday. They did send me a shed with windows when I ordered it without but they sent me the correct panel the next working day. Overall would use again.”

“The ordering process was good and initial communication went well. I was happy with the delivery time but then when the shed was delivered I was advised there was no felt for the roof. The delivery men told me they would report it to get it ordered. I had to chase it up twice and over a week later it still hasn’t arrived but should be delivered today. Very disappointing firstly that the shed was dispatched with no roof, I had to chase it up and then how long it took to be delivered. I haven’t been able to build the shed yet so can’t comment on that but poor customer service.”
