“Extremely poor customer service. When ordered clearly stated 3week delivery. Was laughed at when phoned to check if it be the 7th/8th August delivery. Was told it was now 10-11 weeks yet I ordered and have photo evidence that when ordered it was 3 weeks. customer service very poor. Doesn’t respond to every email, took 30minutes to ring and still no answer. Shocked by the poor customer service and also the change of delivery date by 2 months.”

“Ordered 8"X10"shed, automated email in receipt off order, then nothing I emailed the following day asking for a delivery date, 2 emails received saying they'll contact supplier second to say tomorrow, tracking will come on after pick up from delivery co. No idea how to find tracking, lorry turned up at 11:45 when I was out at a hospital appointment. Fortunately have door cam so knew it was there, called neighbour to tell him I'd be there in 5mins. Better notification on delivery would be a great benefit. Shed well packed need to remove old one before erecting new one.”

“I wanted to purchase an 8’ x 4’ shed with a pent shaped roof. In particular, I needed to have the roof slope right to left on the door entry end. I contacted ‘Sheds.co.uk’ on a couple of occasions for assistance and spoke to different people on each occasion. Every time I contacted them the advice I received was both friendly and helpful. The shed arrived as arranged and is of good quality. I am very happy to personally endorse/recommend Sheds.co.uk.”

“The products is AWFUL .Poorly made .There are gaps between the boards, nails coming out the wood , some of the wood is warped and twisted. It's nearly impossible to put it up !! The instructions are generic so they're useless. I had to ordered another one from somewhere else. I DO NOT recommend this shop. Two stars for delivery as arrived earlier than expected and iv3 been generous.”

“The quality seems good and I suspect this shed will last for a long time. The instructions and parts don't quite match each other though. I had to purchase an extra box of 70mm screws and have tonnes of 35mm left over. I also only had enough roof felt to do 2 runs with a much smaller overlap than suggested. The instructions said I needed to do 3. All in all, this seems like decent value though.”
