“Not bad. Not great. Just average. Pros: Good selection of sizes, good website, fully packaged, national delivery, modular construction. Cons: Not highest quality, instructions not great (but better than most), small parts incorrect (wrong number and sizes of screws versus instructions). All in all a decent shed for the money. Delivery only took a few days longer than expected (we are quite remote) and they really do mean kerbside when they say kerbside. Not exactly white glove delivery as mentioned somewhere. That said, it’s up now and it does what it says on the tin. Not bad.”

“Do NOT use this company they get a company to Deliever their shed and you have to book in a date but it doesn’t work and you ring them again and again and they don’t ring you back and don’t give you a date whole week every day rang up 3:4 times a day on hold over 30 mins!! Only one person can sort out the issue embarrassing!!!”

“We are delighted with the garden store we received from you. We added the suggested wood protector and stain to the order and are delighted with the finished product. Now there is somewhere to store the produce from our allotment - and it looks fantastic!”

“Total Joke Customer service guy major attitude problem Order placed and paid for Delivery date chosen No shed on aspected date . No communication from company just Order confirmation Phone up after waiting in . Try to get through after ringing 25 plus times . And just constantly getting voice mail message . Finally get through to speak to someone to be greeted with major attitude , then get told to phone transport factory who when speak to nice lady tells me no order has been sent to them Phone back sheds .come.uk after another 20 times finally get back through to same customer service person again major attitude problem Complete total lack of customer support just attitude and sarcasm.”
