“Only bought a cheap shed it was easy to construct, is quite sturdy and looks good. Bad points: not all the right size screws were included, the instruction leaflet missed off the first few letters of each line and there were a few splits on the overlaps where the knots are. Will be lining it so won’t be a problem though. Delivery was on time and Neil was a very friendly helpful chap. Hope he enjoys his holiday 😄”

“We found the website easy to use and very informative. Diagrams of structures were very helpful, as was the colour palet of paints that could be used. Our experience with the Customer Service team has been professional and knowledgeable.”

“very good prices and flexible options that are easily negotiated on a well designed website. 100 times easier than buying a return rail ticket. they seem to have a good working relationship with their delivery contractors as you can't complain at a five day purchase to delivery turnaround. all in all very satisfactory.”

“Very poor customer service. Cancelled my order within hours of ordering as they couldn’t install the model ordered, took days to get a reply, they have still taken my payment and Zi am currently trying to get my money back”

“Customer service is very variable. Sometimes very prompt at others took 48 hours to reply to not at all. I thought I was ordering from a business in Stratford upon Avon because this was the address shown. Turns out the website is run by Sixtystores and I still don't know who they are. When I had an issue with delivery, when one part of the shed was missing, I struggled with it being unclear who was responsible for sorting it out. It was resolved eventually but took a lot of chasing on my part. Not helped by the fact that Sixtystores phone system likes cutting you off. Customer service alternated between both Sixtystores and the manufacturer responding and then being ignored by both. So customer service feel short.”

“The shed I bought was very good quality at a reasonable price. The shed was a breeze to put up and looks great. The delivery driver was very professional and friendly. Very impressed with the full process from buying to delivery. I highly recommend if your after a shed, you can't go much wrong with sheds.co.uk.”
