“Easy to navigate website to find what I was looking for. Disappointed that delivery charges are SO HIGH!!! and not mentioned until the end of the buying process. Had difficulty getting a delivery date as site kept crashing. Awaiting delivery so cannot comment on quality of product”

“Just purchased a shed from yourselves must admit it was very easy in all aspects of the process was extremely easy well done thank you just now trying to book delivery but not haven’t had much success got to try in morning as fault on the manufactures web page”

“The shed was delivered in pieces without Any Packages . The delivery was unprofessional just eager to get Signatures without any customer service or listening to us where we wanted. Moreover, after delivery received, they came back to delivery few more pieces. This was my 2nd order, but this will be the LAST. No protective plastic or cardboard box. Maybe it's Customer Returned Product that shoved to us. Missing parts.”

“We bought the shed a month ago. No problem with delivery. The driver was on time and all parts has been delivered. We have only a small problem with the door. We had to cut them a little because they weren't stray. I am happy for our purchase. Good shed for good price”

“Couple of the shed panels liked like a machine gun had been fired on it . About 15-20 knot holes so had to be filled and sealed after. Very poor non existent quality control should habe been sold as a second.”

“We ordered a 10by10 ft shed, with windows. When it arrived it did not have a kit for the windows, I have e-mailed a number of times but still haven't received the window kit. I now need to fix the windows myself at a cost to me.”

“I ordered a garden furniture set for our last garden party of the season. It was supposed to be a 2-10 days delivery. I haven't had any communication from Sheds since the order confirmation on the day, despite sending several order update requests through the website and several emails to them to ask when I can expect delivery. I have tried to call customer services and have waited an hour on hold to try to get through to someone, till now we still haven't managed to get through. I have no idea if we will even receive it.”

“The booking process is easy and the catalogue is well organised for me to identify and place an order for what I want. However, I am not informed how soon and how I will be contacted regarding the delivery of the shed. This is the problem”

“I ordered a 12x4 shed which came with a couple of days by pallet delivery. The shed was well secured and plastic wrapped to weather proof it. The driver was happy to put the pallet/shed down my drive behind my security gates. On unpacking it and checking the components everything was there and undamaged. I have to sort out my base and I am looking forward to constructing the shed. It looks to be a substantial shed which I am sure will last me many years.”
