“Once you've selected the product, the information is good: dimensions, additional info on treating etc. (Although I personally would value knowing the more specific timber beyond 'softwood'. I wonder if your homepage categories are helpful in comparison to size order. I guess would suit some and not others. Hope that's helpful, Peter”

“It was not made clear that delivery and assembly would be done on different days. Also, it is not clear if I will have to paint the shed myself. I was not told that the paint would be delivered separately from everything else. I assumed that the email from Parcelforce telling me that my parcel would be delivered on a certain day was a scam until I received the automated voice message on my landline.”

“CANNOT REVIEW THE ITEM has not been recieved / order placed and accepted payment taken , now informed the order will not be fulfilled because mistake in the stock at warehouse very dissapointing”

“The website was easy to use and with plenty of variety. The service was exceeded my expectations and the delivery of my purchase was prompt. On arrival one of the panels was damaged and I contacted them immediately with and email with photos attached and the service I received by the customer service was once again prompt with the replacement panel sent the day after I originally contacted them. I would recommend this company to anyone.”

“Do not shop with this company if you expect to get follow up service when there is an issue. I received my tool shed with a twisted/cupped door, when shut the bottom of the door is not flush and there is a gap so water will get in. I contacted them using the part of the website meant for reporting issues with pics of the door and all they did was send out the turn buckles which are to secure the other door and was not the issue at all, I continued to contact them letting them know that these are for the other door and I heard nothing back, nothing. Awful service. The after care part of the website was what swung my decision to shop with them but I’d steer well clear or just hope that your product arrives without any issues.”

“Delivery on time. However, on construction poor quality components became obvious. Cladding panels had split. Doors don’t fit, trim panels don’t fit without first removing previously fitted roof felt and making adjustments. Some instructions don’t match the product. Poor quality hinges and hasp.”

“Having ordered a shed with a 7 day delivery, we were given a date of 3 weeks as the earliest date. We have tried to phone the company but are just put on hold. We have emailed and nothing has come back. So I would recommend you avoid this company as customer service is nil, they don't answer the phones or email. Not sure if we will ever receive our shed, or our money. A very depressing experience.”
