Thanks for your review. If you want a hot shake mix as normal and then microwave or mix till smooth with smaller amount of cold water and top up with hot.

“Had three shakes a day plus low calorie meal and haven’t felt hungry at all, really pleased. They are still creamy even made with water and I have enjoyed all flavours except hazelnut so a great variety to choose from. So convenient for work and delivery as been great too. Really surprised how much I have enjoyed this product .”

“Lovely products, had starter pack and all shakes and bars were lovely. There’s a great variety of products & flavours meaning the diet does not become repetitive or boring and the fact you can eat your products in any order that suits your daily routine is a huge bonus. “I'd never heard if Shake That Weight, and must admit to being sceptical about it all. I ordered the trial pack , and tried the maple bar, which was very nice ! Next day I tried the Curried Noodles for my lunch ( I'm a postman ), and it tasted very nice. I wondered if I'd be hungry , as it seemed quite a small portion, and it was gym night , but I felt fine and had a good workout later that day. I've just had the Padta Carbonara, which was lovely ! Not tried the shake yet, as I have Herbalist shake to use up, but I'm pretty sure I'll be ordering many more meals for myself and possibly my wife too.”

“Ordered some bars. They were inedible. So incredibly sweet I couldn’t eat them. The amount of sugar in the bars was loads. Not really a healthy meal replacement choice.”

Sorry you found the bars too sweet for your taste. The sugar content is mainly naturally occurring from the milk products, they conform to all regulations for a balanced diet meal replacement product.
