“There isn't anything I don't like, all the products, I've tried so far I've enjoyed. My absolute favourite were the bars, the porridge and the soups. I have to admit, I've been very surprised how filling they are and haven't suffered to date from any sweet cravings at night. I would recommend and buy again.”

“Tasty products, they do work, I do not feel hungry after the first couple of days, good variety of sweet and savoury. I would like to be able to buy tubs of the products rather than individual sachets. Great value and excellent service.”

“Favourite flavour is mint chocolate shake Dislike the vegetable soup. Am on day 5 of total replacement if you have never done this before my top tips are drink plenty of water or low calorie drinks (try to avoid fizz) plenty of tea and coffee with skimmed milk after 2 weeks you will have lost enough to start to feel the benefits. If you start to struggle either have an extra shake/ soup or some plain lean protein - I had a difficult day yesterday and bought some plain cooked chicken. Scrambled eggs is another go to and this way you are more likely to stick to it. Would like to see some Ready to drink options.”
