“This is very convenient in terms of organising calorie control. No need to think or measure or prepare. The main thing is that the food actually tastes really good. The shakes are very tasty and filling even with water instead of milk. I'm trying to do the 5:2 diet so having a box of this in my car makes it very easy. I've used them for 3 months now and plan on continuing.”

“Lovely products. Great taste, the best I have tried so far, especially as I am using water to mix them with instead of milk. Only negative is the Banana shake that tastes a little artificial, but not enough to change my 5 star rating”

“Good flavours, and new ones to try . have had previously and must say I lost 10kg but have put some weight back on. So easy to make, mixes equally as good with water or milk. Back on the bandwagon, hopefully as successful as previously.”

“Absolutely amazing, meals are so delicious and quick and simple to make, have been having the meals/ shakes for l and then eating a normal dinner. Already lost weight after a week and feel healthier. Could not recommend more. Have just ordered another weeks worth.”

“after abit of a problem trying to pay which i think was my bank card, food was quickly despatched and delivered , the meals are very good and the biscuit meals to die for i dont like shakes so cannot comment on them have not tried the choco muesli yet but am sure i will like it all in all very satisfied”
