“I have only just started using the shakes, 2 days in and have to say appears to be working well so far and the shakes are very filling so fingers crossed it will continue to work and I will achieve the weight loss goal I am looking for thank you”

“I started on the 5th March and have already lost 12lbs. So as you can imagine I'm extremely happy. I did a similar diet (lighter Life) almost 12 yrs ago and did very well. But back then the meals and shakes weren't as nice. The flavours have improved so much.”
