“I needed this to help me start up my weight loss journey at first I wasnt really sure about the food packs but I figured the shakes I prefer it mixed with water but that's my personal preference, otherwise so far it's great 👍”

“I've always hated the after taste of artificial sweeteners and this appears to be the only brand that has shakes without them. Thick, tasty shakes that are filling - would recommed them.”

“Love the ready meals! Wish i'd have purchased more! Chicken tikka, Chicken curry and Chilli meals went down a treat!! Cherry bakewell shakes are 10/10 and my go to flavour, but I also love the cinnamon and lemon flavours. Sadly, lemon was out of stock on my recent repurchase though.”

“This was my first order, the site was easy to use and lots of lovely flavours which are really tasty and satisfying and definitely doing the job.Its very hard for me to lose weight and have tried many diets so very happy with my first 5days loss of 5lbs. I don't expect it to be so much next week but anything will be better than nothing and am determined to carry on with these tasty meals. Great product at a sensible price.Well packaged.Thank you.”

“I've been on the Shake That Weight diet for 3 months and have lost 22lbs so far. I love the shakes and bars which I combine with one healthy meal a day.
