“Just started on the shakes had a chocolate one this morning, it was delicious tasted just like a milkshake. Looking forward to my morning protein shake for breakfast now! So far so good 👍😊”

“I’ve started these products and stuck to it determined for best results, the spag bowl is lovely I do add a dash of chilli powder and garlic to it, it’s all great for diet food, I’m feeling great and I’ve lost 6lb already on plan, glad I found this site and didn’t pay ridiculous money on the 1.1 diet, also Delivery was super fast , #positivemind”
