“This is the fourth time we have ordered from shake that weight, always easy to order from. Not sure some the recipes have been altered but some not as good as they use to be.”

“Just started my shake that weight diet today I had porridge, chocolate milkshake ,noodles for dinner and a muesli bar for a snack so far so good the food has been surprisingly tasty and I haven't felt hungry yet so I'm over the moon can't wait to see the pounds drop off over the next few weeks thank you 😊”

“Good variety of products. The Shakes can be made with water which is a bonus. Peanut bar and Caramel bars very good taste and texture. Ready meals/pouches are also good. Delivery is prompt.”
