“I've never tried meal replacements before and did some research and Shake that Weight had some of the best reviews. I ordered the starter kit to give it a go. Delivery was quick and the products packed OK. I wasn't sure how I'd get on with the shakes as I've tried protein shakes before with milk and water and been unable to stomach those! However, I was pleasantly surprised and love the Chocolate, Tropical and Cherry Bakewell. I have only given 4 stars because the 'meals' were not to my taste at all, nor the soups. I've since ordered more and I love the bars and crisps, all really filling and tasty! I also like the grissini but they weren't packaged well and all broken on arrival. I've lost 10lbs in two weeks and have not felt hungry, really improved my water game too, so that's a big plus. Overall the products are good but I'd definitely stick to the shakes, bars and crisps.”

“Compared to alternative companies supplying similar products, Shake That Weight' offers cost effective and mainly tasty products. I do find one or two of the savoury MR products rather salty which overpowers that actual flavour but are palatable. My preferences are with the MR protein bars - they are filling and tasty and satisfying. Service is efficient.”

“Shake that Weight and some discipline have helped me lose some excess weight that had been hard to shift. And the experience wasn't one of deprivation. The meals, shakes and bars were acceptable substitutions for my usual diet and the calorie counting wasn't left up to chance. It worked for me and I will continue to maintain my weight with the help of these products when needed.”

“I have changed my diet and have been Having your porridge for breakfast every day for 10 months made with water and only 140 calories!... even though made with water tastes still very creamy as if I used milk! I also mix berries with it and find this breakfast fills me up fine until lunch time.... best bit is I have lost 4 stone in 10 months so just ordered some more shake that weight porridge.”

“There's a good choice of meals and shakes, enough to provide a month's worth of meals without too much duplication. The meals and shakes are tasty and easy to make. I've lost a good amount of weight using these products. Definitely recommended.”
