“Wonderful discovery...I've tried meal replacements before but this is the best so far...lovely flavours and a great choice too...I've only just started my weight loss journey but because of the wide choice I don't think I'll become bored and its only 8 weeks at a time which is great...delivery is good so no complaints 👍”

“Not quite taken to it. Lost 4lb first week and 1 on in the second week. Just beginning the third week & enough for beginning a Forth week. Did a similar diet called Lighter life about 13 years ago & managed to loose 3 stone but age and 3 major operations in the last 12 months has greatly slowed me down so not as active as I was & weight not coming off the same. I miss some real food & don’t like chocolate so in general always eat healthily.”
