“I ordered a few flavours of the shakes and the caramel crunch bars. The shakes taste nice and not as sweet as some others I have tried, I've been having a shake for breakfast and lunch, eating green vegetables for snacks and having a healthy supper, I have lost 3 1/2 lb over six days, I have another week to go, if my weight loss continues I will definitely buy more”

“I lost 4lbs in four days, and my sleeping pattern is terrible but i’ve lost a good amount in a short space of time, the shakes are very nice. Chocolate orange, hazelnut, Normal chocolate are my favourites. Planning to continue!”

“Wow! I am just using shakes and bars, I bought a variety to be used over 6 weeks for me and my partner. They are all absolutely delicious, don't taste like diet food, more like a sweet treat. I am on the plan where we have an evening meal and have enjoyed trying low carb alternatives, all of which have been scrummy. I have done other shakes and bar diets and felt miserable with hunger and boredom, but Shake that Weight feels so much better. As an added bonus I have just done my week 1 weigh in and lost 8lbs and my partner has lost 9lb! Will definitely be continuing on this plan, it really works! I will add that when my parcel arrived it was damaged and somep roducts were missing, I contact Customer Services and received the missing items 2 days later, which is excellent service.”

“My favourite thing about shake the weight is the lovely variety of milkshakes they have my favourite are mint chocolate chocolate orange which is also my new favourite milkshake. It would also be nice if they added some new food replacement meals as it keeps the diet very exciting I have lost lose of weight on this diet over 10stone so it is definitely a good diet if you need to lose a small or big amount if weight”

“I've been doing the shakes for 3 days and I love the flavours, which really helps you to stay focused. A few years ago I tried a similar product from another well known company and they didn't taste as good as these ones so thats a big plus. So far I have tried all the flavours, they dont taste like they are overly sweetened. The strawberry & white choc / raspberry are light and refreshing and the chocolate is tastes rich. The only one I have struggled with is the coffee which tastes a bit too artificial and powdery. My preferred way to have them is using water and crushed ice then blended to make a thick shake. Overall so far so good.”
