“I chose Shake that Weight because of four main reasons: 1) Doesn’t contain artificial sweeteners 2) They provide diet soups 3) The prices are very reasonable 4) Comprehensive Nutrition included I decided to take up the Soup and Shake diet after reading about it from a newspaper. But I couldn’t find any diet soups so I did a search and I found Shske that Weight. I am really impressed by the feel of the whole company and I feel reassured with the quality and nutrition of the products. Delivery was quick and on time. Very happy with the email communication. I am very happy with the soups and I will also try the shakes. For the pea soup, I add some fresh cooked peas which have been whizzed up a bit with some hot water. Gives it more flavour and some texture. You can feel the vitamins and minerals and nutrients filling up your body after drinking your soup. Because it is digested quickly and it probably contains a better selection of vitamins and minerals than a regular meal. I have found that adding the shake or soup slowly to the water while whisking is the best way to get a smooth and consistent finish. I will definitely recommend Shake that weight. Thank you!”

“Loving my new diet first week I have lost 6lb . I’m really pleased as every diet has never worked for me. First few days was hard but soon got used to it. The only meal replacement I found a little strange was the Carbonara. Just need to find a way to make it a bit more tasty. Good selection too for a vegetarian. .”

“Bought a few meal replacements from shake that weight to use in addition to another MRP company I use. Only tried the mushroom risotto so far which I was really impressed with!”

“So I have tried other similar products but have been very disappointed with taste. I was really surprised with the shakes and soups. I haven’t tried them all yet but they have all been really nice! Even my fussy daughter loved the cafe latte milkshake. Wonder if you do a build up one as she doesn't want to lose weight but going to uni, she could do with something like these to ensure she gets some vitamins! Im noticing a difference to waste size already. You were right to suggest keeping an eye on that to help as I have had less than a week so no change in weight yet but i can feel it and i have def lost something.”

“Gone from 137k.to116k in 3 week's feeling fantastic. 2 stone to go. Only thing I don't like are the omelette. Everything else is great. Highly recommend. Just get your head in gear It works.”

“I just love the Shake the Weight ready meals. They have been a godsend in my weight loss regime which has been based around soups and shakes till now. They are ghreat and taste amazing. The worst part of the calories controlled diets scvhemes is that very quickly you struggle with bland tastses and boring meals. The Shake the Weight ready meals give me the option of keeping my diet fresh and interesting as I lose weight.”

“These shakes, meals and bars are amazing ! My husband who loves milk shakes tried them - he is the connoisseur of shakes and not on the diet and said i would drink them, they are really lovely and tasty !
