“after abit of a problem trying to pay which i think was my bank card, food was quickly despatched and delivered , the meals are very good and the biscuit meals to die for i dont like shakes so cannot comment on them have not tried the choco muesli yet but am sure i will like it all in all very satisfied”

“Been using these products for years and find them tastier, cheaper and more reliable than any other brand. I lost weight with Cambridge but it’s expensive and to be honest a pain having to keep going through an advisor. I use the shakes ( strawberry) and noodles ( chicken and veg) as I’m a creature of habit. I hated the rice options but that’s personal taste. I tried a hot meal ( beef and lentils) and it was gorgeous. I used to use the chocolate bars but chose not to now as you have to buy bulk. I’ve had a transplant due to a motorbike accident and these have been approved by my surgeon so they must be pretty nutritious! If in doubt, try them! If you stick to 3 meals a day and plenty of water/ squash you will lose weight. Not might, you will.”

“I use the delicious shakes to maintain my weight. I always found maintaining a healthy weight the hardest thing and spent many years yo yoing on every different diet. Once I found Shake that weight products I got my excess weight off and have maintained it at a healthy level for many years. The shakes are a part of my life and are my breakfast every day”
