“The meals for dinner are really good. I was pleasantly suprised. Most of the shakes noodles and soups are palatable. Some do have a gritty texture. The bars are all amazing. The eggs are the only thing I will not try again. Absolutely disgusting. I am doing TFRD and it definitely works, if you stick to it. If unsure, give it a go for 2 weeks.”

“Very easy to follow diet. The food items are actually tasty (my sons tend to steal my spaghetti packs for breakfast 😁). I had to boys and put on alot of weight. Since starting this diet 5 months ago, I have lost 4 plus stones. It works around my day to day busy lifestyle, and easily adapted to fit any schedule.”
