“the shakes, breakfasts and meal bars are delicious and I’m seeing good results. Not a fan of the noodles but plenty other options to choose from so I never feel I’m eating the same products.”

“I like the meal replacement bars. They are all delicious but particularly like the dark chocolate one! They are very handy when you’re busy and don’t have time for a proper lunch.”

“So far I have loved the products most of them are very tasty, I was pleasantly surprised. So many nice ones, i especially like the chocolate porridge and tried the chicken tikka meal tonight was lovely, and the strawberry shake was nice, still have many others to try. I would of liked to try the lemon bar but is out of stock. Not got through a full week yet but motivated to continue on the plan.”

“I have had a good experience with STW. I initially ordered the 6 weeks VLC and went from 92kg to 88.7kg. But I lost my way around week 4 as I wasn’t keen on the sachets I had left. I have however, been able to maintain 88.7kg. I’ve now ordered the 4 week VLC with the sachets I don’t mind which includes Shakes (delicious blended with a tray of ice), Chocolate porridge and Spaghetti Bolognaise. The NHS discount really helps and customer support is awesome. Shake That Weight will be my go to for my weight loss goals.”

“Love the banana shakes, caramel muesli, chocolate porridge, I add blueberries. These are my favourites. I’ve also got the ready meals and like the fact the packets stand up and can be stored in the cupboard.”
