“By far the nicest meal replacement shakes I’ve ever tried…and I’ve tried a lot. No weird aftertaste, really enjoyable. My favourite is the chocolate shake, I find blending with some ice and a few chunks of frozen banana gives it such a nice thickness and texture, really tasty.”

“The main course meals are disgusting, as are the soups. They taste powdery and synthetic. The shakes taste of saccharine. The only decent things are the bars.”

“As a non milk drinker I was delighted to find meal replacements that are not just shakes. Dark chocolate bar, edible but leaves a very odd taste in your mouth for a while after - aside from that like it though. Spag bol ok but I add grated carrot, diced bell pepper and some cheese grated on top or it would be bland - could it be made more tomato tasting? Yet to try the maple pancakes (which lots report are v tricky to get right, stick in pan etc.) or the tomato soup but optimistic for both. The chicken noodles are revolting, smelt like cat food, horrid grey soy 'meat' pieces and actually made me gag, would not recommend.”

“I have been taking shake that weight now for a while ,I only use it if I want to lose a few pounds like now so have ordered the cereal bars easy to eat at work .shakes I will have at lunch time ,only buy the shakes and bars I like ,so thank you team .Marie.”

“I’ve really enjoyed the variety of products that STW offers compared to other diets I’ve done like the Cambridge diet or slim fast. The products also pleasantly fast really nice just one I didn’t enjoy the choc porridge!”

“I would recommend these products. The programme is easy to follow and the shakes and bars are my favourite after trying the taster pack. Overall the taste of all the shakes are good and they are very filling. Delivery was very good too! I'm only 3 weeks in and feel a difference - yet to jump on the scale!!”
