“The consistency and the flavour of the shakes and porridge were not good, it was grainy and tasted powdery too. Did not like the flavours at all”

“like the variety and taste better than many other vlcd companies but didn't have any deals on multiple buys like other vlcd companies. Unless offered a really good discount code or theres online bundle offers i wont be rushing back”

“I love STW products, skip back into it for intermittent fasting whenever I like. I especially like the soups - veg is my favourite and the banana milkshake is delicious with a bit less water in, tastes so nice. Price is well worth the products, delivery is fast and reliable.”

“Quick delivery. However I find the noodle meals lack any real texture. Once microwaved they turn into baby food. Hopefully there's a way to give these meals more structure.”

“Absolutely delighted!! EVERYTHING I’ve tasted so far has been delicious- and definitely no horrible aftertaste. Only 4 days in and already weight is coming off. So easy!!! My only problem is that the shakes are so yummy that I can’t wait for the next meal!! I’ve found the fruit drinks with added fibre are delicious too. Definitely worth 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”

“Having done a VLCD before, (exante) I knew what to expect with these kind of meals, or so I thought......................but what a pleasant surprise. Shake That Weight meals have been. Far superior to any other brand I have tried and the evening meals are microwaveable! And they actually taste gorgeous. The shakes are far superior to others along with the bars too, I love the white chocolate and museli. I have ALOT of weight to loose, but I’m feeling pretty confident I will achieve my goal. I’m following all of the advice given, I have my husband cheering me on, so watch this space! The price of the meal plans is very reasonable, as you don’t need any other food. I had no problems with ordering and everything was delivered as promised. A big thumbs up from me 😀👍🏼”
