“Shakes are really tasty and fill you up. No powdery or bitty peices. All flavours are lush, Lost 4 1/4 lbs first week, very impressive as I'm disabled and can't exercise alot . Shall keep going with this”

“I use the shake that weight porridge and mix in strawberries and blueberries Because the porridge is only 140 calories when made with water but Still tastes lovely with the fruit and only 200 calories. All in all i have used the porridge as part of a fast 800 diet and lost 3 stone in 6 months!”

“First time of ordering and won't be ordering them again. Very powdery, manufactured taste and extremely salty with a strange frothy appearance, not very appetising at all. Prefer to have my Purition shakes which are more nutritionally made and delicious. A lot more testing needs to be done with this product.”

“Love the shakes I've had. Sweet & Sour meal was really nice. Not fussed on chocolate porridge, I found it quite sickly. Only been on it a few days, so good up to now & hope to stick to it”

“Only done 2 days so far. But enjoying the wide range of products available and pleasantly surprised at how tasty it all is. Only negative i have is that really i think new customers should get a free shaker bottle when they spend over a certain amount. Not just with the taster pack. Which is disapointing”

“I have tried numerous other diets and always found that I struggle to stick to them. I’ve been on this diet 4 weeks now, lost 10lb and rarely do I feel hungry! The shakes are lovely and so are the bars 🥰 the soups and ready meals are good too. Winner for me!! 😊”

“Great quality products, surprisingly tasty and really helped to kick start my weight loss journey. The bars are amazing for on the go and considering its a bar they actually fill me up along side a bottle of water. Really looking forward to trying more products. My favourite product has to be the chilli beef noodles. I add 2 chopped mushrooms and half of red chilli for some extra spice and texture.”

“My target was to lose approximately 1 stone. I lost 9lbs in my first week. Slow weight loss since, but my goodness what a difference in my clothes. A dress that was too tight to feel comfortable in, is now loose!!! Total loss in 3 weeks is 11lbs, I'm delighted. My only grumble is the fact that alot of products have been out of stock since I started. I'd really like to try these items.”
