“Not quite taken to it. Lost 4lb first week and 1 on in the second week. Just beginning the third week & enough for beginning a Forth week. Did a similar diet called Lighter life about 13 years ago & managed to loose 3 stone but age and 3 major operations in the last 12 months has greatly slowed me down so not as active as I was & weight not coming off the same. I miss some real food & don’t like chocolate so in general always eat healthily.”

“The only shake I like is the cafe latte, the others are either too sweet or have a synthetic taste. The chocolate and orange porridge is also far too sweet.”

“Shakes = could taste better (improved with hot water/milk or ice and blender ) Bar not to bad at all. Weight loss: 10lb in 4 days. 5 weeks go to and I can’t wait to see the results”

“Much better than lipotrim. Lost 4lb in the first week. More choice with different products. Like them all so far apart from the omelette but I think I cooked it to long. I like the noodles for my evening meal and a bar in the evening. The caramel bar is delicious. Shakes for breakfast and lunch.”
