“Love shake that weight milkshakes, I’ve had them before it’s so easy to loose weight because they are so tasty, don’t upset your stomach and easy to make with water. Love Strawberry, Caramel, mint chocolate and banana. These come up so thick after a quick shake. Don’t mind the other flavours but these are my favourites. They are constantly adding new products. The price is great as well. Check it out yourself.”

“I decided to try this diet as I was struggling to lose the last of my pregnancy weight. I eat a very healthy, fairly low calorie diet anyway so I was not expecting miracles but I have been pleasantly surprised. By the end of week two I have lost 8lb which I am very happy with. The shakes are pleasant, the bars are delicious and the noodles are quite nice. I am not a fan of the soups but we all have personal preferences. The main thing is everything fills you up, I was never hungry. The crisp snacks are also lovely. I actually divided 1 bag over 3 days as they are quite large and you can save cash and calories. I can’t wait to see what week 3 brings. Good find for me, thank you.”

“I was a bit dubious to join shake that weight as I had never heard of them before. The first few days are tough but after that initial bump it was plain sailing. I’m now 4lbs down in a week. My starting weight was normal for my size so this isn’t a plan that purely works for people who have overweight/obese BMI. I would super recommend!”

“Getting into it I was doing sole source lost 7.5 ilbs But have decided to do it Tuesday Thursday Saturday instead and eat sensibly the other days would of liked more information in the pack”

“Great products. Love the Pumpkin seed and Honey bar, shakes are easy to mix and no lumps. Fave shakes are Banana and Cafe Latte. Noodles fab too - faves are chilli and chicken curry. And 7lb down in first week! Very happy.”
