“A bit like Ronseal, does exactly what it says on the tin. Cracking bit of shadow foam ,no pictures took but enabled us to safely transport some very sensitive personal gas meters out to a site in a new purpose built protecting case.”

“While I wish there were options for different distributions of thicknesses, or pre done backing plates for thinner trays, the results that can be achieved with the materials as they are available today are still super impressive. The foam fit is going to be very tight in the case, you will want to create passthroughs for your hands so the trays can be easily removed. Additionally the foam did leave space between the lid section and the base. Super happy with the product overall, and with the results I achieved. The provided tools and their video library were also excellent, thanks for the tip on sanding with a Dremel! I used heat knives on my last and was never really happy with the results.”

“Although I bought the intro set to deck out some tool draws, thought I’d experiment with a wall frame to display my collection of WW2 (airsoft) pistols using an old Ikea Ribba Frame. Because the guns are black I flipped the 30mm shadow foam upside down. It was my first time ever using shadow foam but it was a lot easier to do than I thought. If I had my time again I might use masking tape to mark out each gun position to ensure the spacing was more even and squarer - but for a first go am quite pleased.”

“I'm gradually picking up how to cut Shadow Foam correctly but it would have helped greatly if the sheets were cut to square; mine were parallelograms out by up to 8 mm. Other than that I really like how my tool cabinet is turning out.”

“Bought the foam kit that comes with the cutting tools, and can say the foam itself is so durable and easy to work with, the ruler cutting tools and gloves that was provided also where very helpful. “SF21470 Ordered foam based on web picture and sample when arrived it was not the same see pic contacted Customer care and informed the colour had changed and if I returned the item they would give me a refund however I would have to pay for return I explained that under The Consumer Rights Act 2015 I should not end up out of pocket for their failure they still refused to pay return item now languishing in my garage unfit for purpose”

“Delivered quickly. Checked out the instruction video which was very useful. Very easy to use and I am impressed with how it came out considering it was my first time using it. Bought sheets and a couple of DeWalt box inserts. Found the sheets a lot easier to cut but the inserts fit so well it made life easy. Excellent product”

“I purchased the Milwauke Packout case inserts, they are a really snug fit.I like the colours that are available. Easy enough to do, I would definitely recommend buying the cutting kit and the smoothers.”
