“Had a small issue with delivery time and day but they went out of their way to put it right.. Just starting to use the foam and it is going to get my tool boxes looking as they should.”

“Just can’t go wrong, from the order process through tracking and delivery! Can’t beat it! Sometimes lacking in colour choices for custom size easy peel but that’s a niche comment!”

“Great product and worth the money, maybe a little on the expensive side but worth it. An option of 60mm on the easy peel would have been great as I had to buy the 70mm and remove a layer (which wasn't easy) still I am very happy with my purchase and will buy again in the future for other projects. My advice would be buy the sample pack just to practice before taking on your main sheet.”

“My order was delivered with a mesurement reversed, (easy mistake to make) Shadow Foam replyed 1st thing the next morning with an apology and sent the next day - second order fine. Great customer service can't fault it - pleased customer.”

“I ordered the sample pack to determine which foam would suit me best. Only cost £5, arrived very quickly and even came a £5 discount code. Decided on the easy peel foam, placed another order and again, arrived very quickly. At the end of the day, it's just foam but it is very easy to work with and good quality. If you really plan it out and take your time, you can produce very good results. I was delighted with my first go. I will definitely be placing another order to complete the rest of my drawers. Service and website is excellent and they even provided me with some free, sharp blades. Be very careful with them, they are sharp!”

“I finished my project and I'm very happy from the result. Eventually it is easy to do the job but it take a bit of time to get the technique to cut the foam and to have something flat. I'm living in Belgium and I paid something like 7.5€ for the shipping, it is very cheap ! I got the Cutting Kit for free and I'm happy because gloves are really mandatory. I only used 4 blades on 5 to cut 20 big holes in the foam. Provided blades are very good and are completely standard. If I have to do a recommandation to Shadow Foam is maybe to provide a small piece of foam in the package just to allow the client to test a bit instead of directly trying in the ordered piece. Good job ! Sorry for my poor English.”

“Possibly not what Shadowfoam wants to hear, but I am quite disappointed overall. The 'easy peel' foam was quite difficult to peel, and actually tore in a few places leaving an unsightly pitted appearance. The foam itself is also not great quality. I can honestly say that I've received better quality foam used as throwaway packaging in some of the parcels I've received. For what it is, Shadowfoam is quite expensive. On the plus side the custom size was exactly what I ordered, but my overall experience has led me to look for alternatives to Shadowfoam.”
