However, when setting up an annual contract, for monthly payments, I was baffled to understand why the first payment wasn't due for nearly 2 months in advance of accepting the plan. It would be good to set it up online and for the first payment to be taken almost immediately, so starting the cover, at that point. I needed 2 call outs within a couple of weeks of each other and I was informed that "The System" didn't allow the contract to cover the cost! Who is in charge of The System? It needs sorting! Anyway, they did cover the call outs without cost after my complaint, to be fair. Otherwise, I do recommend them.
