SGS is a very good company to deal with. All its staff, from reception to engineers are pleasant, helpful and reliable. As a result I always choose them rather than other firms that could have lower costs.

Aron did a very tidy and efficient job of removing a radiator and replacing it with a heated dual fuel towel rail. In parallel, Isaac found a convenient cable in order to feed the new towel rail. Both men had to remove floor boards and both replaced the carpeting so that it looked undisturbed.

Friendly, efficient and I would recommend. More pricey than others,but they came, they did, and I’m almost entirely happy except for the rather short outlet pipe which looks a bit ridiculous but was in place before I could comment. Wish it were longer and I couldn’t see the steam when I look ou of the window.! Otherwise good. Nice guys.

Very helpful, I called in the morning as the gas boiler had failed, they rang back to say an engineer's schedule had been changed to attend the same afternoon. A pump was needed, he had one on the van and it was soon fitted. Excellent service from start to finish. Well done SGS, a company to rely on.

We were very pleased with the engineers who came. They arrived promptly and worked hard. They explained what they were doing and were polite and friendly. They barely stopped for a break and I was very impressed by the amount of work they got done. They left the house clean and tidy (they had needed to go in each room and in the loft). Really good, hard working and knowledgeable engineers - Max and James.

Stand out customer service when you need it most- boiler bust freezing cold “no sorry -too busy -tough!!” Days of fruitless frustrating searching. Not SGS not Philipa Gemma or Steve! They CARE They want to help and they do Thanks for making it happen Philipa, really thought you wouldn’t be able to help but you DID.Gemma your call on Sunday night!!! - Steve for the squeeze in visit Monday afternoon and your patience and determination coupled with charm and professionalism. At a time when good old fashioned values don’t seem to count much- it is so uplifting to find a company and people who hold to honesty integrity courtesy even empathy and really do care!! GO SGS.

I had email confirmation of a service between 08.00 and 09.00. The engineer dis not turn up until 10.00. He initially insisted that he was on time. He then showed me that his office had booked him for between 10 and 12. Very annoying for me as I had arranged everything around the specific time I was given. I expect better service, especially when paying £90 for what turned out to be a 25 minute service.

I moved into our new home in December 2021, and immediately found some issues with the electrics and heating, such that over the last 11 months, SGS have been frequent visitors to resolve different issues for me. Each time they have proven to be friendly, proficient and efficient. The reception team also deserve credit, in ensuring the appropriate engineer visits and managing appointments. Very happy with their service.

Charlie fitted a new tap outside and replaced tap washers in another tap. All work was carried out very efficiently and in a short time. Very helpful and polite.

New lpg boiler fitted. More expensive than British gas but British Gas have such bad reviews so went with SGS. Very neat workmanship by Dan. Brickie did an excellent job matching the mortar colour and laying the bricks. Electrician was also good. I would have given five stars except the condensate waste pipe was not in accordance with the boiler makers specification which Worcester confirmed would invalidate the guarantee. The fall was not sufficient. Luckily, I checked myself and Dan came back rectified and did a neat job of doing so. So thus far, a good experience. I may revise if any issues arise. Fingers crossed!
