“The whole service from entering for a rest drive, to picking my new car up was simply brilliant, even the run through and handover was explained very well, Sean was brilliant,to be fair Sean was the reason I chose my new car from S G Petch Darlington.”

“Was very good. I made an enquire online, but never got a response. But when went to the garage, they were friendly and helpful. Dan, the salesman was great, kept me informed during the entire process. Definitely went above and beyond helping with paperwork and some issues with my finance.”

“I would highly recommend SG PETCH Durham for their professional yet friendly manner of all the staff especially Emma whom I had the pleasure of dealing with, nothing was a problem for her and every question that we asked was answered very quickly, she also seemed to be very knowledgeable on every car and because my car is through motability she made me feel very relaxed and explained everything she even had the car re-cleaned when I went to collect it because there were some water marks still visible, I will definitely be recommending SG PETCH Durham to other family members and friends.”
