“I can understand why some people feel upset, when they receive a call as there is further issues with the car and the unplanned costs are not pleasant, like we did. However when you get the itemised invoice and the service report with photos and videos of why the additional work was required, it demonstrates the garages being used know what they are doing and are more than welling to demonstrate it. Also free collection takes the hassle out of servicing too.”
