“The service from Septimus was brilliant The part I ordered was the correct part and came ahead of expected time Through my stupidity I found that it was not required and Septimus were amazingly helpful. I have sent the part pack and await refund when it arrives back at Septimus. Considering they had done nothing wrong,I thought this was pretty good service and would certainly encourage me to use them in the future.”
