“Looking for a specific part for a Karcher Professional pressure washer that had suffered frost damage. Septimus Spares was about the only place I could find that provided full parts diagrams of the pressure washer in question which made finding the exact part a simple task. Most other places wanted to send an engineer out as the part was not a simple bit to get off and replace but I was quite capable of changing it myself. Ordering from there simple and easy to use website was hassle free. Very pleased, reasonably priced as well, have bookmarked for future use.”

“I was very unsure about the quality of the part I was looking for. First I checked the reviews on the german amazon , and they seemed promising. I still had a question, found the part on Septimus spares and placed my question in the chat window. I got a very quick response. I ordered the part, it arrived quickly and in great condition and was exactly what I was told it was. I didn't know about Septimus Spares before, but will definitely look for spares here in the future. The service is great and quick, and the prices are fair. Thank you to the people who work at Septimus Spares! You guys do a great job!”
