I had an e-mail conversation with 'Joe' at Septimus Spares, regarding spare parts for an old model Karcher Pressure Washer. After a few back and forth messages, with Joe explaining how to obtain the model number etc of the Karcher, I ordered the part. 24 hours later, the part turned up, and fitted perfectly my old model Karcher. Very pleased with the service.

The reason is that as a web based company we offer competitive prices. We can do this because our system allows us to process orders quickly and efficiently. The live chat customer service was first class as was the advice given, I wanted a very small part for an old 2010 now extinct K2 Model. They could not only supply it but they had it on the shelf and I had it 48hours later. Cannot recommend them too highly.Will certainly use them again
