The on-line chat was first class and very helpful, the web site is so easy to navigate and the exploded diagrams just where you want them with links that work. Why did I use Septimus ultimately? everyone else wanted to charge ridiculous amounts for postage of a really small item but Septimus's P&P policy seems to be much more sensible. Thanks.”
