Sateen sheet is beautifully soft but too slippery and creases and gathers in runkles.

Good Morning Anna Thank you so much for taking the time to review your latest order with us... the Super Soft Sateen, will relaxed and soften after the first few washed, and as it has the lovely relaxed feel it will only get better with snoozing! i find that drying the sheets as flat as you can, on the line, over a cloths horse or folded over in the airing cupboard will help get the smooth and cosy bed!

Poor quality and not a very nice colour. Far far too expensive for the goods provided. Company must be making a huge mark up on the costs of manufacturing.

Poor customer service. I spent the whole day trying to find a missing returns....no one informed you had found it...I should of been working yesterday but instead I was looking on CCTV et etc for a parcel you said hadn’t turned up. You should of informed me the very second you found it...if you couldn’t get through via the phone you should of emailed me. A whole day wasted. I haven’t even been notified re my refund... DPD was searching their records...my local drop off was searching their CCTV......I am so so angry!

So very disappointing. We have had 2 replacements due to faulty finish. The dye seems to be unstable and marks. A shoddy product.

If I could give it one star I would. I so wanted to love this product however after the first wash the colour started to mark extensively, each evening I slept in the bed the colour would fade to the extent that you cannot use it after 3 washes. Upon contacting Jodie at Secret Linen I was told that I must have put the bedding in contact with bleach and that it was my own fault and nothing they would do. I do not even use bleach in my house. I have been washing laundry for 30 years without a problem, the bedding set is clearly faulty however they will not do anything about it, despite the price. I would not recommend the product or the lack of customer service. I will stick to The White Company who have a good product and customer service.

Good service initially and very helpful, sadly the delivery company DPD let this company down badly I had to wait nearly 5 days for them to finally find out where DPD dumped the parcel. This is the second time I have had problems with DPD, I even told Secret Linen there would be a problem delivering my order if they used DPD and sure enough there was a big problem. Second point I added items to my basket on the Secret Linen website but every time you log out your basket is emptied, really annoying, have they learnt nothing from Amazon no wonder Amazon are putting all tases companies out of business.

Look at that pillowcase, I have to take my lint remover and cut all these threads after every wash and its the same with duvet cover when I asked them to look at it they told me that they couldn't see any fault so, I am posting a picture so everyone can see, when I email them they never reply to my emails if I could I would give zero stars.

Spent over £300 on bedding and the bedsheet was filed with trimming and linen dust!! Went all of the room, and had taken many many washes to de clog the washing machine.. Plus the was also an infestation of gold clothes moths. We counted 40 months in and outside the bed. No refund or discount offered! I would never shop here again and highly recommend other to do the same!

This is a natural behavior of Linen to show a little lint, but this will dissipate after a few washes - however the factory should have checked this before sending to take the excess out. I bought Berton midnight blue while ago and its shrunk more than 8cm, returned and got the refund. ordered Breton Stripe Pewter Grey duvet cover and it came with broken yarn ends, yarn coming out from the fabric managed to get rid of the most of it using Philips Fabric Shaver still there is plenty so, I decided to return but customer service saying they can't see any but I got the pics to prove it and they said they're more than happy to send the same product I bought Just waiting to see how they going to solve this issue

Recently brought a duvet and I’m not happy with it, the quality of construction is terrible, all the filling clumps together and there are many areas where there is no filling so feels all lumpy

Bought a super king duvet & 4 pillow cases last year. Very scratchy in the early days, this did disappear, but as the weeks & months passed I’m in two minds to either buy a new duvet set - NOT THIS PRODUCT - or buy an emperor size duvet because the cover has literally grown so much half of it is empty! Gutted because I intended to buy some coloured ( I bought white) sets for my sons’ rooms. Anyone else found this? And I did follow the washing instructions - despite the labels being VERY faded.

Only bought replacement pillow cases because the original ones were poor quality and the duvet cover was still in decent shape. Won’t be buying anything else from you. The reason why the pillowcases needed replacing was because a button on the duvet cover snapped in half in the washing machine (on second time of washing) and pulled threads in the pillowcases. Your online reviews are unreliable as I posted a negative review at the time of original purchase and it was never published.

Our first order arrived damaged, the fabric had large bleached areas in the dye. It was speedily replaced, the second duvet cover had a significantly large fault in the weave, like a long tear. This is just so disappointing. I would not expect any quality product to have such faults. I assume this company has very little quality control. This should not happen at all, especially when I am led to believe I am purchasing a top quality product. Cannot recommend this company at all.
