I bought Berton midnight blue while ago and its shrunk more than 8cm, returned and got the refund. ordered Breton Stripe Pewter Grey duvet cover and it came with broken yarn ends, yarn coming out from the fabric managed to get rid of the most of it using Philips Fabric Shaver still there is plenty so, I decided to return but customer service saying they can't see any but I got the pics to prove it and they said they're more than happy to send the same product I bought Just waiting to see how they going to solve this issue
