“- Lots of bugs - some have workarounds on the web, but it's not what I would hope for from a paid-for tool. - The rules-with-values manages to produce an out-of-focus effect for the X-values. - General syntax extremely verbose. - Features "hidden" - you cannot guess where functionality is going to be, or "explore" with auto-complete. Strange tags like "ChartModifier" need to be known-about 'a priori', and documentation on the features is sparse and unclear. "ChartModifier" is a good case in point - why would you be adding anything to the syntax which *doesn't* modify the chart?”

We reached out to Mike about the issues he was experiencing. Basically a conflict in different zooming behaviors which is quite easy to resolve. We have offered to solve issues for Mike and his company but he's no longer working on the project using SciChart so our offer has not been accepted. If anyone experiences problems with SciChart and has paid for priority tech support, we recommend contacting us, most issues can be solved quite quickly by our helpful, professional team!

“I've been game developer for +20 years and at first i was planning to code my own chart system because i was not satisfied by the API design and functionallity of some charting solutions and the performance of some others until i fourtunatelly found scichart. I'm very impressed by the amazing job the developers have made on all aspects, design, functionallity and performance. I'm very satisfied also by the excellent support and sales team.”

“First of all, SciChart is incredibly fast. We have used it for presenting time series at 100 Hz over two weeks, and it is displayed and zoomed/panned well inside acceptable time. Also, the support from SciChart is among the best we have experienced. Always straight to the point and help normally is available within the same working day our question has been asked. Overall, SciChart appears to us as one of the best library buys we have done.”

“High performance, multiple useful features, easy to use, as well as good documentation with detailed tutorials and examples. We applied SciChart in a DAQ&Testing system to display signals in real-time. This software definitely met our requirements. In addition, the staff of this company are really nice and helpful.”

“I have only started using the 2D chart control for two weeks now. So far, the control looks sleek. However, I have not been able to bind an XyDataSeries to the chart via XAML. Instead, I have had to load the series in manually via code-behind. It will be a lot useful for SciChart to make their chart functions, attributes, etc more intuitive with less coding. In addition, the primary y-axis and axis label should be located on the left (not the right, as it is presently) of the chart area.”

“We have developed world class, and industry leading innovative health and fitness software. We approached Sci Chart with a very specific requirement for clincial graded health charts that had to be both accurate and sync into our custom developed interface and logic. This challenge had proved too great for the many "experts" we had approached over the course of 12 months. However, after contacting Sci - Chart I received an email un-prompted by their MD , Andrew Burnett-Thompson outlining the possibilities, options, challenges, time frames and seeking more information from myself so his team could be in possession of the information they required to nail our requirements. What has impressed me most about Science-Chart ( apart from successfully completing our chart requirements) is the high standard and consistency of their online support. Our requirement was complex and unusual, and the Science-Chart team responded to all our feedback and fine tuning quickly, professionally, and never once complained or slacked on service levels. I highly recommend Sci Chart for all your charts and graphs !!”
