Schott Packaging not a problem. Friendly helpful and for the most part efficient. However, their courier service partner is shockingly poor!!! So much so, being in the service industry and having to manage products and vehicles I would seriously consider severing ties with Yodel (courier in the instance) if I were in charge of their logistic department. If their service partner cannot find a warehouse on an industrial estate that is clearly sign marked, and having been provided an adjoining companies details as well that has been in operation for decades then they have serious issues. Those issues reach far beyond that of a simple come on guys we need to do better. The following yes / no questions for the most part I'm unable to answer as they never actually delivered the product. I obtained the product protection from another source.
