We started off as a small family run removal business located in the North East of England, which has grown massively over the last 30 years. As a company using packaging materials on a day to day basis, we decided to extend our business into supplying this industry. We have a great knowledge of our broad range of products and strive to offer excellent quality materials to our business and consumer clients, with customer service standards to match.

“Over the past Yr of ordering from schott packing ING the bubble wrap was excellent condition but the past 2 orders I have received have been very poor. I have emailed a couple of times but only had 1 reply. I use a lot of bubble wrap and I'm very disappointed with the quality”

“Dreadful service. Called them several times when my boxes had not arrived. Voice mail every time. Never received a call back. Boxes arrived not next day but as I was moving my stuff into the moving van. I never received my money back. Probably the worst service I have ever had from any company. I feel conned out of my money. That’s how bad it is. I spent more money buying additional boxes from Argos and I also spent a lot of time talking to the extremely unpleasant help desk of the courier service they used: whistl.”

“Delivery was supposed to be next day, but it took an extra phone call to chase order and took 6 days! I was told I would receive an email to follow up our conversation but they didn’t . First time I’ve used them and not a good first impression of their business.”

“Appalling service. Spent more than I really needed to to get 'free next day delivery', delivery actually took 9 days for the full order to arrive, first delivery was incomplete so further items followed and packaging was inadequate so items lost in transit. Wrong size boxes supplied as those I had ordered 'not in stock'. Shouldn't the website have indicated there was a problem? Website has 'countdown' display to emphasise 'next day delivery', simply misleading. Also pressure to spend more and then services not delivered. In spite of 'but...COVID' banner still promises next day delivery. I wouldn't buy from these people again. Useless especially when time pressure of moving house.”

“We ordered 1 large bubble wrap 1 small and 2 rolls of cling wrap 1 of the large bubble wrap never came instead a small bubble not bothered finding out why as there is twice as much on small bubble. The items came two days after order they had sent me an e mail telling me my order was on the way but it had gone into my junk so never saw it till I had rung them.”

“Extremely poor service. Supposed to deliver under 2 days. After 8 days I complained by email and also left messages on their answerphone. Part package then arrived. Again after many emails and phone calls I was told the remainder of my delivery had mean misdirected elsewhere. Eventually after 2 weeks the rest arrived. I gave 2 stars as Josh was very helpful.”

“I was delighted. I called and left a message to confirm my order was received and Josh called me back to confirm giving me all the information I needed. Delivery was on time and the whole process was stress free at a stressful time. I'm moving abroad and now packing is one less thing to worry about. Thank you! You should also be applauded for managing to continue during the lockdown by maintaining a service through a such difficult when it must have been incredibly difficult to operate with distributors not supplying stock and not being able to occupy premises. Again, I must stress what an excellent service you delivered. Thank you.”
