We started off as a small family run removal business located in the North East of England, which has grown massively over the last 30 years. As a company using packaging materials on a day to day basis, we decided to extend our business into supplying this industry. “I ordered boxes and tape for a house move on Sunday evening. Yodel made one attempt to deliver when I was not home on Tuesday afternoon and left a note saying it will be delivered the next day. I waited in on Wednesday and no delivery. I called on Thursday morning and was told the package was on the lorry and will be delivered that day. I waited in all day, no delivery. I called again Thursday evening and Friday morning and was assured that the package will be delivered. I cancelled an appointment on Friday so as not to miss the delivery but nothing! On Saturday I was forced to buy boxes from Argos and pack through the night. I never received my order although I paid for it. I would like my money refunded. Please let me know where to send my bank details for the refund. I will never order anything from your firm again and will not buy anything from a firm that uses Yodel for their deliveries.”
