We started off as a small family run removal business located in the North East of England, which has grown massively over the last 30 years. As a company using packaging materials on a day to day basis, we decided to extend our business into supplying this industry. We have a great knowledge of our broad range of products and strive to offer excellent quality materials to our business and consumer clients, with customer service standards to match.

“Unfortunately part of my order was missing on delivery, and of the 10 packing boxes I had ordered, one was damaged and one was missing. On contacting Hayley at Schott, she swung into action and chased the missing part of the order with the courier, and it arrived safely the next day. She also arranged a partial refund to cover the missing and damaged boxes. Couldn’t ask for more, and such good customer service ensures repeat orders! Thank you”

“We ordered on the Thurs next day delivery expecting it to arrive Mon at the latest. No delivery Monday so called and were promised a call back the next dat by 10am, no call so managed to get through about 12:30. It was acknowledged that we spoke but no apology for not returning the call. We’re promised it would be resent that day but no tracking number arrived. Called to be told it hadn’t be resent because they had forgotten about it. Were told we would receive refund a refund for the delivery charges (still to recieve) and that it would be dispatched the next day to arrive Thursday. It’s now Friday and STILL no packaging has arrived. Lost all faith and will be calling for a FULL refund.”

“I received my boxes etc quickly and as described, except the tape was 50/50 - meaning that it is thin and could oftentimes be difficult to use as a result. Otherwise was very happy with the boxes.”
