About Schott Packaging:

We started off as a small family run removal business located in the North East of England, which has grown massively over the last 30 years. As a company using packaging materials on a day to day basis, we decided to extend our business into supplying this industry. We have a great knowledge of our broad range of products and strive to offer excellent quality materials to our business and consumer clients, with customer service standards to match.

“No despatch advice from Schott or delivery notice from Yodel. This is the second time my orders have been delivered to the wrong address by Yodel. No attempt to contact me or note left to tell me where the goods have been left. It was only when I contacted Schott, that they told me it had been delivered.”

“Fast delivery and cost effective - obviously not very thick but works well for packaging smaller items when moving (wouldnt recomment for covering delicate pieces of furniture but for more robust pieces a couple of layers works just fine).”

“Great delivery service. Boxes great. Packing tape not great quality - the adhesive is pretty poor, kept peeling off boxes.”

“Ordered the moving house pack of 40 boxes plus 2 large rolls of bubble wrap. Really prompt delivery. Size of order meant it came in two deliveries over two days but information sent at the time of order meant that I was aware that this would happen. The boxes appear to be good quality - very sturdy. Obviously time will tell how they hold up through removals and a period of time in storage but seem great so far. The boxes are the perfect size. The medium ones are just the right size that they don’t get too heavy when packing books and crockery and the large are not too large! Definitely recommend ordering the extra bubble wrap - it’s a great price here and the amount you get in the moving house pack doesn’t go far when you have a large kitchen to pack up. It means I will also have plenty to protect all my pictures, mirrors, televisions and computer etc. I have never paid for boxes before as always spent ages before a move gathering them from supermarkets, shops and work. I am so glad I just paid and got the pack this time. It has made packing so much easier. I decided I had to place a value on my personal time - It would previously have taken weeks and weeks to get enough of the right size boxes and sweated lugging them all around! Worth every penny.”

“Having received a speedy first class response to my order bundle to pack up our 4 bed detached, I quickly realised that I had underestimated how many cartons, cardboard rolls and bubble wraps this job would take.....another 3 orders later, I may have one large and two small boxes spare but, will find something to put in them at the last minute. Another advantage, asking for a re-estimate of the volume to shift got me a reduction of a grand on the removal price now that it is 98% boxed.......sorted”

“I ordered the standard pack for a three bedroom house, which arrived very quickly and met my needs overall, though I had to buy additional bubble wrap after having packed just eight of the small size boxes and some of the boxes had holes in them. It looked like they had been damaged during transport (see photo), but they were still usable. Some wrapping film would have been a useful addition for items unsuited to being packed in boxes.”

“Boxes arrived very quickly, 2 days after I placed the order online which was good. Boxes were sturdy and in good condition. We ordered one of the kits so bubble wrap, marker pen and packing tape was included. Only issue was that the packing tape appeared to be regular cello tape which is no use for packing - it would peel back leaving the box compromised and ready to collapse. We tried to persevere by layering and using cross shapes etc but the tape was just not good enough so we ended buying our own proper packing tape from Tesco. Other than that we were happy with the our purchase.”
