The colour of this scarf is great. Bang up to the minute. I bought it for a present for a friend and unfortunately there were a couple of areas where the material looked flawed. As I got 20 per cent off I guessed this was why and have kept it, but deciding now whether to give as a present or not as its not perfect. Birthday isn't until August so have time to decide.

Bought as a present and was told it was a good quality . Only downside to this review was I paid for next day delivery but it was not made clear this only applies to working days not weekends.

Really pleased with my purple pashmina, colour exactly as shown and is an excact match to my shoes! It arrived the next day, really nice packaging in tissue and quality is excellent. Will definitely use you again.

I’m afraid the parcel courier let your service down. Although I’d asked for next day delivery, the courier didn’t post parcel through door (although it would have fit) but took it back to post office so I couldn’t pick up until day after I had needed it! Poor service! Mrs C Stefi

Happy with the product but felt it was overpriced and shortly after I had an offer of 25 per cent off which was too late for me. Fast delivery

I completed a returns request form as this scarf was not needed but still haven't received the documents I need to send it back. Could you please arrange this ASAP as I would like my refund. Please thankyou

Have you checked your spam folder as messages sometimes do end up in there? In any event, of course, that is not a problem at all. Dear Patrea Thank you for your review. The cashmere pashminas have a very understated fringe. However, if you were looking for a pashmina with tassels then our Made in Italy classic pashminas are a lovely alternative. Kind regards Scarf Room.

I was pleased with the speedy delivery, but disappointed with my pashmina. It was shorter than I thought it would be, and having watched your video of all the different ways to wear it, I found some of them impossible due to the length. I would have preferred it longer

Easy to order, however not been told if the item has been dispatched yet or an expected delivery date. Needed for a wedding in first week of September so fingers crossed it will be here

In addition, following on from your email just received this afternoon, we have sent out a replacement pashmina to you today which should arrive in good time for your wedding. Lovely coral scarf, will set off my outfit beautifully. Really cross at the amount of unnecessary and non recyclable packaging. Scarf in plastic, wrapped in tissue, then another plastic bag and finally a plastic postage bag. Unnecessary and inconsiderate in today’s greener society.

As a service the delivery time and packaging was good. However I am very disappointed with the quality of the wrap supplied. The finish is poor and it is unsuitable for my purpose.
