Very disappointed with the quality of face masks. Not what I expect from scarfroom. Only one layer of thin fabric poorly hemmed. I certainly wouldn't be confident of having any protection wearing them, and I bought five! I now need to line them all with additional fabric. Wishing I had just made my own in the first place as I now have a harder job lining them.

I had bought a dress for my sons wedding in November but just needed something to wear over it for outdoor photographs. This scarf was the perfect colour, petal pink, which was such a pretty shade. I was so surprised too that it arrived, packaged beautifully in tissue paper, the following day! Thank you so much.

I ordered a scarf, did not cancel the order, did not receive the scarf then received an e-mail telling me that the cost of the scarf had been refunded but NOT the cost of the postage!! Not sure what went wrong with my order. I no longer want to purchase this item due to such poor service.

Dear Valerie I have tracked your order through our Royal Mail system, the order was placed on 17th October and delivered by Royal Mail Rednal delivery office at 12.13pm on 18th October. The item was then returned to us on 22nd October and we issued a refund for the item the same day. I have tried to contact you by telephone so I can provide you with the tracking reference. Ordered online just after 3pm and wasn’t sure whether I had missed the deadline for post but after phoning was assured my scarf would be posted that day. Navy scarf arrived next morning,amazing service and the scarf is of excellent quality.

Dear Judith Thank you for your message and I am sorry that you have not yet received your scarf. It was ordered on Sunday 15 April and despatched, as advised, on Monday 16 April via Royal Mail standard class post. As we received no further correspondence from you, as far as we were concerned your scarf had arrived safely! Of course, in the circumstances, we shall send you out a replacement today and seek to recover from the Royal Mail for a lost item. Dear John Thank you for your review and please accept our sincere apologies for this delay. I have checked our records and your items were sent out, as advised, on 11/12/2017 using the Royal Mail's first class service. I spoke to the RM's Customer Services Helpline this afternoon who advised that, due to adverse weather conditions last week, there has been a build-up of delayed post which they are now doing their best to deliver. I am still waiting for my order to be delivered, it's second week now. I wrote to your customer but did not receive any response. I am very disappointed with the service. It was a present for someone and it did not arrive on time.

Hello Vladlena Thank you for your review and I am sorry your order has not yet arrived. I have checked our records and it was, in fact, sent out on the day you ordered it. We have proof of postage from the Royal Mail confirming this. Unfortunately, we did not receive your subsequent email informing us that there was a problem. You will see from previous reviews that our delivery record is normally excellent. We also take our customer service very seriously and would never knowingly ignore a customer enquiry. We have since written to you by email asking how you would like us to resolve this issue and we are awaiting your reply. We look forward to resolving this issue quickly! Apologies again.
