“I was extremely pleased with the prompt delivery of the pashmina I ordered. Through no fault of anyone's the shade I chose was not quite right for the outfit I had planned to wear it with. The Scarf Room are excellent in respect of returns, and within 24 hours had issued a refund. As soon as the colour I had chosen initially comes back into stock I will order again.”

“I ordered the Italian pashmina in lilac and it was the perfect shade for my wedding guest outfit. Plus the quality is fantastic... so soft and beautifully finished on the edges and tassels. I cannot fault it! My order arrived ahead of schedule, small enough for my postbox (thank you!) and gorgeously wrapped in tissuepaper and cellophane. All great attention to detail things which I always notice and appreciate. I’m recommending Scarf Room to all my friends. 5 stars in every category.”

“Thank you so much Scarf Room for saving me! I called up two days before a wedding needing a pashmina to go with my new outfit. I was past the 3pm deadline for next-day delivery but Barbara (apologies if I’ve got the name wrong, not good with names!) was very friendly, helpful and efficient and said they’d ensure it got to to me the next day anyway. It did, and it was beautiful! Great product, good value, and tip-top customer service. So impressed and will be coming back!”
