“Easy to order, however not been told if the item has been dispatched yet or an expected delivery date. Needed for a wedding in first week of September so fingers crossed it will be here”

Dear Alison Thank you for your review. I am so sorry that you have not received either your order or despatch notification. Have you checked your junk mail folder as sometimes they end up in here? In addition, following on from your email just received this afternoon, we have sent out a replacement pashmina to you today which should arrive in good time for your wedding. We confirm that the first pashmina was sent out the next working day after you placed the order and, in the circumstances, shall now seek to recover from the Royal Mail for a lost item. “Product was as we'd hoped, and we're very pleased with it. We did not receive any prior notification on email on the order being received, or the product being shipped. Was just about to try and check the status, when the product arrived in the post.”
