“Everything was perfect , phone call had me a pashmina ordered in seconds , reassured the invoice wouldn’t be in the package as it was a gift . I saw my sister wearing the pashmina today and can honestly say it is absolutely beautiful quality and colour . Can’t recommend more highly EL Tucker”

“I am very pleased with the customer service' despite the particular scarf I ordered being out of stock..... Brenda contacted me within a couple of days of my order, was apologetic and offered a refund or choice of replacement. Taking up the replacement offer, she was very helpful in offering options based on my colour selection and the occasion for which I wanted the item. I would definitely recommend them to friends, and buy from them again. Sounding very old fashioned - it is good to see that some commercial enterprises actually value their customers.”

“What a find!!! As someone who is obsessed with scarves and pashminas this is heaven. I ordered a pashmina for my mum and made an error so ordered again - within a few hours we received a call from The Scarf Room to check on our order. I was so impressed I ordered a pashmina for myself and will again order more.they are of extremely high quality and look and feel amazing at fabulous prices.
